Mailbox Messages
Messages are temporary. Mailbox content may be soft-deleted first and then permanently removed in scheduled batches after a grace window.
Attachments
Attachment objects and metadata may be soft-deleted and then permanently removed by scheduled cleanup jobs.
System and Security Data
Operational and audit records may be kept for security, abuse prevention, and troubleshooting, then deleted based on configured retention windows.
No Long-Term Guarantee
This is a temporary email system. Do not rely on it for long-term archiving or legally required record retention.
