Terms of Service
By accessing or using this temporary email service, you agree to these Terms of Service.
1. Nature of the Service
This is a public, temporary email service designed for short-lived, low-risk use cases. It is not intended for long-term storage, business-critical communications, or sensitive personal data.
2. User Acknowledgment of Inherent Risk
You understand and accept that temporary/public inbox services are inherently less private and less reliable than personal authenticated email accounts. Security and privacy controls are implemented on a best-effort basis and are not guaranteed to prevent all access, loss, misuse, delay, or deletion.
You agree not to use this service for passwords, banking, health data, government identifiers, legal notices, or any other confidential/high-risk information.
3. Access and Authentication Model
The service may use lightweight session tokens and address credentials, but does not provide full identity verification like a traditional personal email provider. You are responsible for protecting your device, browser session, and any generated inbox credentials.
4. Acceptable Use
You must comply with applicable laws and may not use the service for spam, fraud, phishing, malware distribution, abuse, scraping that disrupts service, or attempts to bypass technical controls.
5. Availability, Retention, and Deletion
Service availability, mailbox retention, and message persistence are best-effort only. Messages, attachments, and inboxes may be rate-limited, soft-deleted, hard-deleted, or otherwise removed automatically under system policies.
6. No Warranty
The service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of uninterrupted service, data permanence, merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the operator is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for data loss, service interruption, or unauthorized access related to use of this service.
8. Enforcement and Suspension
The operator may monitor abuse indicators, apply rate limits, suspend access, and remove data/content where needed to protect users, infrastructure, legal compliance, and platform integrity.
9. Changes to Terms
These terms may be updated from time to time. Updated terms take effect when posted on this page. Continued use after updates means you accept the revised terms.
10. Contact
